Informative Note About Díaz-Canel's Repudiation of Mike Hammer

The Provincial Delegation of the Cuban National Congress in Havana has just sent an Urgent Notice, where they shared with us the news that this Friday, by direct order of Díaz-Canel, the Puppet-Dictator, has carried out an ACT OF REPUDIATION against Mr. MIKE HAMMER, Chargé d'affaires Ambassador of the United States in Havana, where he went on the Regla Boat in order to participate in a Mass of the Virgin of Regla and/or Yemayá.
The Cuban Totalitarian Regime, in creating this act of contravention of all agreements regarding the international diplomatic rights and privileges, has violated and continues to violate the Vienna Convention and the Universal Charter of Human Rights.

The regime understands this an awaits a strong answer from the Secretary of State and a clear and energetic pronouncement on the part of Secretary Rubio, regarding this gross violation of diplomatic protocols and international accords.
The United States and the EU must close their embassies in Havana, along with applying extreme sanctions.
