The CUBAN NATIONAL CONGRESS through this medium calls for all organizations that defend human rights, all political parties dedicated to democracy, and all free journalists of the world, to those that lead and are a part of this WORLDWIDE CAMPAIGN for the freedom of this legitimate representative of the noble Cuban youth that peacefully fights for liberty, democracy, and the rights of the Cuban people, who are today sequestered and without rights or freedom.

At the start of this WORLDWIDE CAMPAIGN, we single out this figure and name of this legitimate representative of Cuban women, to Calvary, and to the cause of all Cuban political prisoners.
We must reinvent Cuba into a New Cuba, democratic and republican, capitalist and Christian, as the majority of our people desire and dream of.
